Star Burst Stud Earrings

These tiny star burst stud earrings are made from fine silver with sterling silver stud backs and fittings. The star bursts are made by using Precious Metal Clay in a vintage button mould. It is worked in its clay form which enables me to create very fine details and textures that can be seen in these earrings. It is then dried, finished and fired, burning away the clay part of the product and leaving the fine silver piece...quite amazing!
The earrings are approximately 7mm in diameter so sit perfectly on the ear!
